Magazine‑Capacity Compliance Policy (WA)

Summary

Washington law (RCW 9.41.370) prohibits the manufacture, import, distribution, sale, or offer for sale of “large capacity magazines” (more than 10 rounds).
Apex Predator does not manufacture, sell or ship magazines over 10 rounds.

What We Sell in Washington

  • Only magazines 10 rounds or fewer are shipped to WA addresses.
  • Exceptions apply only for law enforcement or military under RCW 9.41.370(2).
  • Agency purchases: email sales@apexpredator.net with documentation before ordering.

Out-of-State Orders

  • We ship according to destination state laws.
  • By purchasing, you confirm compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Restricted items may be canceled or modified to maintain compliance.

Order Verification

  • Proof of age/identity may be required.
  • Agency orders require qualifying documentation.
  • Orders with incomplete or unverifiable info may be canceled and refunded.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Orders restricted by law will be canceled and refunded (minus non-recoverable fees).
  • Returns must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Items violating laws cannot be accepted.
